Going over MFP or My fitness pal I realize I'm going a little over on my fat and way over on my protein but I'm not getting enough carbs can not getting enough carbs in my diet reduce my chance of weight gain?
current stats as of tonight after finishing my food log
4,013 calories/Goal: 3,313 this is wrong I'm bulking and needing to up my calories constantly so 4000 is about where I need to be
307g carbs/Goal: 459g seems like to much to me but not sure
155g fat/Goal: 111g
125g protein/359g most of this is lean especially the steak it was about 70g
