Need help with low bar squat

ok i have always been olympic squatting aka high bar. Every time i tried to low bar squat the bar feels like its going to roll off my back and i have wrist pains. This is due to improper technique. I have no idea of where to put the bar. All i know is u have to put it below your traps and i dont understand how people how it there. Is there any instructional videos on how to low bar squat?

The reason i want to try and low bar squat is because i want to get into powerlifting

This whole series is good but I'm just posting the one about bar positioning.

Another good video where you can see the bar position from the side and the back. And how to properly walk out.

Get your hands out wide on the bar, duck under and stand up so your back is to the bar and the bar is below where you want it to end up. With your hands still on the bar, pull your shoulder together tightly and drag your back down the bar. You should find a spot where there is a groove below your traps, this is where the bar should go. Once you are into that groove, arch your back and finish setting up.

It helps to practice with very light weights.

I recently switched from high bar to low bar. I notice more wrist pain with low bar, try to widen your grip out as far as possible (seem to help me).
Just practice bar placement w/ an empty bar. I spent at least a hour my first time rubbing the bar hard up and down on my back to figure out where the best spot is. Once you find it, you will know. That was two weeks ago. Since then every time i get under that bar (before unracking) I do the same thing and rub the bar up and down until it is in the perfect spot.

Make sure to keep your back tight and grip the bar hard and the bar shouldnt budge.

It surprises me how many people refuse to buy equipment from Elitefts because its too expensive but they will buy equipment from their competitors, then continue to go on EFS website to educate themselves for FREE

I'll bet if you weighed more than 143 lbs you'd be able to find a spot to place the bar. Do you even have a back?
