That's pretty much what I'm banking on. I'm thinking that a roughly 15x20 space with a garage style door will provide ample space for a TSS rack with drop-in bench and I can build a platform in front of it, a combo GHR/reverse hyper, then space along the opposite wall for loading platforms and my pile of implements. From what I'm seeing online, spaces like that are rare, but when they pop up you can get them for about $300/mo. Once you split it up it's not that bad.
That's quite a bit of room. How much space is that?

I'll be there but how I train depends on how much I'm able to loosen up. My hips are locked up from sitting on my ass all weekend. I have my last final in three hours and I've been dicking off all weekend researching equipment and training space instead of studying.
