That's crazy talk.. I drink at least 3 coffees on non-training days or in addition to my pre-workout stims.

I'm not saying don't have any caffeine, but if he wants a better pick-me-up from his PWO's/coffee he should try to have less caffeine on non-training days.

I've replaced my morning coffee with pre-workouts since I get em for free. Same effects but, I don't crash with the pre I take vs coffee. probably cuz of the b-vitamins n stuff, while coffee is only caffeine. It gets my morning poo going as well.

Hey Fam - Whenever I get to about 405 on squats, my quads are racked with a brutal aching sensation that persists for hours. It makes squatting pretty much unbearable.
