And finally am back in the gym and back to raw! Not the best squat session but I will take 345 for 6 on my last set of the day. Used to get 10, but o well, it will all come back shortly!

hory chit, i made the top posters and I came in well over half way through the thread I think. I'm not sure how I feel about that. Pretty stoke with 333 though.
Also, is there another level beyond prowler flu? Like, prowler stroke? If there is I have it. Heavy rack pulls w/4 chains, belt squats, belt walk things supersetted w/ straight leg, GHR, and rev hyps. Then push the prowler for 400 yds. In 95 degrees. Oh god I might die.
