Not saying I'm at any level, but maybe its time to go back to the bar and do a few waves without bands and chains to see how it goes. I know I have a chit ton of progress to gain on strength alone so I'm going to read the book in its entirety after finals and see what it has to offer.
At least I don't change programs as often as requiem...follow me on IG @ampUP11

Congrats bro bro! As a new parent(2.5 months), I can tell you that it's freakin awesome. Watching how she grows and develops is awesome. She's on that dreamer bulk, too. Put on 50% of her bodyweight in less than 3 months. Coming home and seeing her every day is something to look forward to.
No c-section, but a pretty scary moment at the end. Nothing like that feel of possibly losing the only thing that really matters. Had good doctors and good nurses there. Can't talk much about it, though, cuz it still makes me teary eyed(yes wimp).

"Pl fam, even though your wilks sucks "
From a guy whose wilks is lower than mine...I am a sad panda.
I got negged by some low rep ******* in a thread about how 5'10"+ should be over 200 lbs or just quit lifting. All the 165 lbs kids got irate.
"shh, you dont look 215 lbs at all, probably because you're a fat **** that should be weighing 180 lbs at this very moment to look half decent..."1372 @ 205

In4 2015 when I turn 24 and total 1400+
My 321.9 is pathetic which is partially why I am weary to make this bulk serious and actually try to hit 200 lol
Is intense back pain every morning that makes it hard to get out of bed a sign that I should deload or do RE instead of ME this week? Feels better now but waking up is extremely painful...Last edited by ampUP11; 12-08-2012 at 05:05 PM.
