I watched him back in the early 90s coaching at Dixon high school I believe it was. He was barely capable of walkin and was using a cane. I watche him as much as I watched the wrestling that night. I never seen a man more intense then him ever in my life. You could tell that his intensity was real too. There was no doubt that he was burning up inside from a fire that will never go out. One of the most awesome things I've ever witnessed.
They were wrestling North Western that night and I remember Joe Williams sittin there calmly reading a book the entire night. When the weight class before him went out on the mat he stood up and stretched a bit and warmed himself up just a little. He shucked off his warmups, went out on the mat and proceeded to annihilate his opponent like it was just another day. Truely awesome to witness true champions of any sport.

Will print out and put in front of the squat rack that way I'll remember it and won't have to look in the stupid mirror.
I think taking all their hard earned money would be trolling enough. Except we'd have to turn to the dark side...
Uh oh, you've already turned to the dark side and drank the Kool-Aid? Did you atleast make good money?1372 @ 205

Straight weight up to around 70% with the last two sets recorded working on form. I'm trying to get consistent foot placement and bring in my feet but periodically I end up with them out again. I adjusted my grip a bit trying to get my elbows down more and need more flexibility there.

You unrack the bar with a pretty wide stance. So it might feel weird to go from that wide walkout to a closer stance. Have you tried unracking with a closer stance? You could have your feet underneath you and then spread your feet out into the stance you want. Might feel more natural that way.

Someone give me an idea for something to make/bring for my engineering breakfast on Monday. People are already signed up for casserole, quiche, bacon, muffins, biscuits, gravy, OJ, Milk, bagels, sausage, and eggs. The only thing someone suggested me to bring was fruit. Everyone loved my bacon mozzarella sticks so I feel like I can't disappoint.

First go to any store, target khols, whatever and pick up an electric griddle. Then go to costco and pick up a couple packs of croissants. Cut them in half, sandwich style, and leave out over night to get all stale and crispy. Make fresh french toast out of them at the potluck. Then you can bring eggs/bacon to also cook on the griddle for lunches and stuff. Your coworkers will love you.

Lol, too bad she's a 60 year old lady. She did mention that she has a grand daughter who is 20 years old. Might have to ask to meet said grand daughter lol.
I could do this. They also said I could just donate $5-$10 that would go towards the people who brought food.
I've never been a fan of french toast.
5'8", doesn't lift. Do you just scratch at their knee caps or something? lololol1372 @ 205
