Damn 13 would definitely have a bigger heal but I don't know by how much. From what I've seen posted 9-10 is about .75". I tried on a 10 and it felt like about the same height as the AdiPowers and Reeboks which is .75" Rouge has a good exchange policy from what I've seen and what they have posted on their site.
Edit and yes it is a loud color but I kind of like it. Red with orange tinge to it.My Training Journal: http://tinyurl.com/jasons-journal

I guess I have a wider then normal foot but the way the AdiPower is designed the shoe laces allows for it to get wide enough to be barebly snug for me and would most likely allow you to tighten it down pretty good. The first rung is really wide out there unlike most shoes that get narrower to the front of the foot. You can see my foot pressing the shoe about as wide as it will go. I tuck the laces now under the strap so they wont come undone.

it is pretty sick. I like black belts more though (kind of gay. i know we aren't picking out purses but I think black looks cooler)
elite is pretty good about adding products or redoing them right after i buy something. always makes me rage.
i got an inzer forever single prong. then EFS puts out belts.
I buy an SS yoke bar, 3 months later and they've revised it and it looks and seems way cooler. better handles, no powdercoating, and sick logos on the pads.

that would be pretty sick.
I duno I felt a little gay while typing it, but if I'm dropping serious cash on something I think it's okay to want to look cool. I haven't heard a lot of good stuff about the econo elite belt, but I almost scored one just because they look badass with the strong(er) logo on them. I really like my inzer belt, for some reason mine hasn't broken in very much though.

These past few weeks of training have been stupid. Thanksgiving, work training, out of town meets, blah. I'm excited to get this meet through so that I can get back to training. Which seems retarded to say.

Since the crossfit games are in California, the crossfit crowd here is ridiculous. The ones in my area are pretty much all pompous azzholes and typically refuse to allow anyone to go in and do their own training. Obviously there are going to be a few boxes that are open to making money, but most here don't.

the one that is going into my gym will be a separate part of the place, not just a solo box, so people will still have the ability to access the gym anytime. You just have to pay an extra amount monthly to do the WOD classes. Ghey.... but whatever they are going to be adding in more platforms, power racks, and prowlers.... so it might turn out well.

No. You will most likely be weaker in the morning due to not moving around at all and being in a fasted state, but it is better than nothing at all and you will still be adding strength....just not realizing it until you are training in an optimal environment.
I trained at 4:30 am for a couple years before work....got stronger.

Every time I read something on here of this nature I think of this story. I'm not just talkin bout nutrition questions either but the overall overthinking and worrying bout chit that just aint that important.
"At the World wrestling championships in Sofia, Bulgaria in 1971, Dan Gable won the gold medal in freestyle wrestling. The next morning, Dan’s roommate woke up and could not find Dan. Later, Dan’s roommate said in an interview, “As the rest of us slept in dreaming about our victories or sulking about our losses the day before, Dan woke up early and went out running in the streets of Sofia.” Less than 12 hours after winning a World championship, Dan Gable woke up and continued his pursuit. He was focused on the road, not the temporary parking spaces."
