Fam thread is for beer. Tonight I've had: Bell's Double Cream Stout, Otto's Apricot Wheat, Michelob Amber Bock, Brooklyn Black Chocolate Stout, Founder's Breakfast Stout. I am now out of everything but Michelob and am suddenly depressed.

Very happy to see Greg Panora coming back. He was super helpful to me in the past and a super nice guy. Can't wait to see what he ends up doing

I also suggest the mixed set, not only are strong bands rarely used in raw lifting at our respective levels, but the mini and monster minis are extremely useful for bench, and the lights and monsters are effective for squats. Plus it gives you the option to loop shorts for DL. I picked up minis, monster minis, and lights when they were 40% about 2 months ago. Haven't worked up to the lights yet but so far I've seen a huge improvement in my bench and squat using the other 2 pairs...

Logged into this place on my pc for a change, looks weird, I prefer the mobile version, on the right "Action Items" - I can see I haven't updated the size of my biceps lol. I have no use for that feature but I can see how some would luv it.
