My squat isn't that impressive at all but I just want to emphasize how much girls love squats. I have not received a compliment on any upper body lift (except my rows...but that was from a guy).

nose tork. inzer carries it on their site.
if you haven't had ammonia before, pepper your angus if you're going straight to nose tork. its strong.

I set them up last night to where 95 would float right on the ground. 25's are smaller and lower to the ground though, so I'd say it's taking about 75ish off of the bottom, and it reloads almost fully around the knees.

I usually don't worry about band tension, but I do check to see what weight floats anytime I do reverse band movements because it takes literally no time to check.

Well to be fair, this guy's benched over 600 before. But he's also a little crazy, so if I said something like 300 pounds, his dumb ass would load that much straight weight on the bar expecting to be able to bench it.

That kid, LeachGymRat, that everyone is picking on seemed to be like one of those guys for the handful of times he came and lifted with the club. inb4 he sees this and gets his jimmies rustled.

This guy just doesn't know when to stop. He's strong as all hell, I've seen him squat 750+ with a spider bar off of a 1" below parallel box, but he has no clue. He gets frustrated that he can't pull heavy on tuesday after maxing with an offset bar on saturday. But when you tell him, ok man, that was prob a 95% lift, just call it and you will be able to recover and still get stronger, he invariably says load another wheel on.
