The muscles i value most are the ones directly surrounding the spine, the hips, the scapula, the femur and the tibia... in that order.
Basically the whole body minus chest and biceps... pretty much the opposite of what your local gym looks like on a typical Monday.

Inspecta,
I dead and squat on the same day twice a week, day one is squat volume, then I end with light dead stuff like romanians or speed pulls. Day 2 is heavy squat and dead volume. I pick two dead variants and do them after squats. Sometimes I go light instead of heavy if I really want to push the dead, but I have a jacked up back so I go lighter.best lifts

For what its worth, I would advise against dating somebody who openly identifies themselves as a Christian. With you being non-religious this will only lead to problems. This is a mistake I have learned several times over. Not saying that all religious people are bad, but the ones who advertise it tend to be the most willfully ignorant. I know you're in the midwest so good luck, but I would at least shoot for one who doesn't boast it.

Haha. Didn't want to get into a religious talk on here but I have no problems with someone being Christian or being very open and public about it if they actually follow it and not just a fake. It's more that a lot of more serious Christians are looking for another serious Christian to go to church with and whanot. That only limits my potential bangs in say Miami and Tallahassee alittle but limits it by alot in Tulsa.

Once I finally settled down and got a real job I can remember a brief dry spell before I got back into the swing of things. Of course I worked full time @ a Y so it was pretty easy to meet people although I had to be carful about trying to hook up with members. It's just going to take a bit of time before you nail one....and once you do, the women can smeel it on you so you'll be set after that.

regarding religious and political beliefs, my only stipulation is that the individual who holds these beliefs understands them to be BELIEFS and doesn't preach them as "indisputable truth" to another individual who may have different beliefs

That certainly makes sense, but then the obvious question is, why doesn't the government limit corporate retirement savings contributions to employees instead of putting a cap on salaries. I guess I think the values are skewed. $125000 is not that big of a salary IMO. Oh well, when I get rich Ill just have to put it all in other investments I guess.

It's a thick layer of mashed potatoes over a thin layer of peas/carrots over a thick layer of beef/lamb/venison and gravy. You then bake it until the top's crisp and dish it out in "slices". There are variations like cottage pie (no veg), gamekeeper's pie (rabbit/ground birds/whatevers in the yard), etc. All delicious and easier to make / quicker than stew.

I have enough stalkers! That school is freaky! It has freaky students and not a good kind of freaky either. Have you read there student conduct agreements? LOL they actually sign agreements saying they want cuss, have sex or be homosexual! I'm not a homo though just bi so I let that one slide!
I went on date once with a girl that went to school there and she grilled me on our first date about how I felt about marriage, ect..

Discretion of speech is more than eloquence, and to speak agreeably to him with whom we deal is more than to speak in good words, or in good order.

Do you just plan on doing 1 meet or competing for awhile? If you just want to try out a meet then any is really good since you'll be competing against yourself anyways. Just find the cheapest one. If you want to compete several times and take advantage of your yearly membership card, then look at USAPL and Raw United. They put on good meets in Florida and are good on following the rulebook.
