    The muscles i value most are the ones directly surrounding the spine, the hips, the scapula, the femur and the tibia... in that order.

    Basically the whole body minus chest and biceps... pretty much the opposite of what your local gym looks like on a typical Monday.

    Its said 32 allows your body to recover so you can realize your strength gains. In the 5 or so Sheiko cycles i've run (not CMS/MS yet tho) i've found I was not any stronger on Wk1 (skills day) of 32 than I was on comp day.

    You could do 29/37, then do the first week of 32. If you felt recovered, repeat 29/37. If not, continue with 32. I have a feeling you wont need to run all of 32.... doing CMS/MS tho, THATS a different story

    How about for a 250lb guy just starting PLing at 35 lol? My bench sucks no matter what the criteria is. I hit 315 in my first comp.

    Awesome, I am going to be the world champion of the sub-sub-master class (over 30 under 32) for unmarried right handed equipped men who are under 5'8" yet not full midget status.
