    well, technically i'm just a weak poser - until i do my first meet but something always seems to tear or injury a few weeks before every meet I plan to do. i should just stop being a puss and just go do one on some weekend and not plan it out lol.

    werd, my squat might be somewhat normal by then. might do orlando barbell's push/pull dec 29 since im rehabbing squatz. I was actually gonna do the USAPL meet last febuary and I tore my hip up 3-4 weeks out.

    I think the comp prep cycles are important to drop volume and realize some of your strength gains. That and will give you a good idea of what to plug in for next prep cycle.

    Basically the whole body minus chest and biceps... pretty much the opposite of what your local gym looks like on a typical Monday.

    Yeah, I know there are plenty more but I got tired of listing. And I put Caucasian on my paperwork too because that's more specific to the region, but wouldn't Asia be the continent? I know that Iraq is considered by the military to be southwest Asia, and Iran is further east than that.

    On a side note-Deloading due to injured wrist and thinking about a program change. I want to do something that involves a lot of squatting and deadlifting with also some hypertrophy work. Currently leaning out a touch and think a few heavy days a week with a hypertrophy day wouldn't be a bad idea. What does fam think?
