I think I might gain some weight. Maybe get to 255 now through March and cut 13 lbs to 242s.

How thick is the averege deadlift bar at a meet? I know for regulations it can be 27-29mm. Do you see the 29mm often, kinda wondering if I should switch to over-under for this meet coming up just in case.

8 weeks ago: 350/200/450 1000
Today after my 21st birthday: 375/225/460 1060
Still had gas in the tank after my squat and deadlift, today I hit a decent 10lb PR on DL even after an entire weekend of drinking, smoking, and football upstate. 1100 right around the corner and then beating xRequiem's ass on the way to 1200...follow me on IG @ampUP11

Here is rough timeline
August 2009 to Jully 2011
Competitions Dec 2010 - 277 lbs, Feb 2011 - 315 lbs, May 2011 - 365 lbs
Broke foot early July, decided to do first SJ cycle - gym 1rep max 405 Aug 2011
Competition Nov 2011 - 385lbs
Did some linear progression afterward, then started SJ cycle Feb 2012 - gym 1rep max 425lbs
Did body building split for 3 months to lose weight.
Shoulder injury kept me from lifting for 6 weeks
Started linear progression again Aug 2012 - gained all weight back plus 5 more pounds from the start of BB split.
Did most recent SJ cycle less than the last two workouts starting Oct 2012 did not test max in gym
Competition - 430lbs
