That's why you make yourself a nice sandwich and then hop on your bike and make your dog pull you while you enjoy your sandwich. I've still had a few crappy family situations that definitely affected my lifting short term. I just lost the urge to do the things I loved for a while, but eventually you realize that the only way to move on is to resume doing what you like, IMO.

I'm gonna try not to eat too much right after weighing in, but I know I need to get in as much as I can. I'll probably eat dinner around 7-7:30 so hopefully I'll have plenty of room. I'm not cutting, but I wouldn't mind being a full 220-222 on the platform. I'll probably weigh in around 217-218. I usually lose 4-6lbs over night and I'm not gonna cram in a huge breakfast before the meet.
