In other news, what is everyone's opinion about rotating weekly ME vs. 2 weeks in a row? I have a decent pool of bench lifts (1,2,3 board, floor, cgbp, and illegal wide) and have for the last 5 weeks changed it weekly. I know I am barely intermediate if that with about 20 months of training under my belt, but should I keep them an extra week or in the long run does it not matter? Can I make up for the weekly rotation with adding them back in as accessory work as needed?follow me on IG @ampUP11

I've done it both ways, and had success each way. Currently I'm rotating weekly thru a short movement list, and varying grips after each pass thru the list of movements. Be sure each movement you choose has its purpose in your rotation and just work hard. Whether you rotate weekly or bi weekly won't matter as much as the effort you apply in the gym.

Well I finally ate enough to break even this morning maybe. 194.2 still. But I'm very scared. I haven't pooped yet and tummy is still making creaking like noises.

I just got half way through the super training video with Dan Green deadlifting along with Mark Bell. That Mark Bell is a funny sumbuck. I think he gets funnier as time goes on. I remember back in that Bigger, Stronger, Faster video how he was a little shy actin and chit but it seems to have gone away. I was pissin my pants laughin at the excuses he was makin for missin one of his pulls. Funny dude for sure.

Nice, the gym I go to here is 24 hour access. You gonna go with security cameras so nobody steal sh!t or brings in non-members? I'm assuming your costs are gonna go up as well from getting insurance to cover someone getting hurt when you're not there plus extra electricity cost from lights/music being on all night.
