I got an invite for a free training session at an MMA place in my area... it's a barn... on a guys farm. He's got about 30 memebers and more than half of them actually travel around and fight. Started a weight training class yesterday. Teacher opened lecture with a pic of Arnold and then we proceeded to talk about squats for nearly an hour. Pretty awesome.

Not a true max effort, but I thought I would be more peaked than I was. Didn't want to go balls out because I want to be fully peaked for when I max back squat on Friday.
