Spent most of my day cleaning up the welding fume extractor I bought from a government auction. When I got it home, it didn't work at first. So, I took it apart and discovered that some retard had sucked up a ridiculous amount of styrofoam into this thing. Cleaned it out, put it back together, and it ran like a dream. Unfortunately, I'll have to replace the air filter in it ($250), which will put me $840 into this thing total. I'm hoping I can sell it for at least $1500 though. Tomorrow I'm going to clean it up some more, fix up the arm it came with, then begin looking for a buyer.

Going to be honest.. I don't get anything out of demeaning a chick. I could get good head almost anywhere why would I want it in the least enjoyable position? First off I don't enjoy my own brand when I'm eating clean cause it's rotten.. No normal guy cums quickly when they're getting head and If I sit on a toilet for more than three minutes my feet go to sleep. If she likes it dirty i'll give her ass to mouth all night. I just don't see why I should be uncomfortable.

What variations can I do for squat on ME days other than varying box height? Would you guys suggest always using band tension or sometimes doing it completely raw? I've already done the following in my first wave and don't want to repeat anything:
Raw DL
Low box + bands
Reverse band DL
I know it's uncommon to add an additional DL that often in a wave, but I wanted to work on grip strength and try locking out some weight heavier than my 1RM. Was thinking of doing parallel box + bands then above parallel box + bands, followed by the two without band tension. I don't have cambered bars or a SSB at my school gym so I'm limited in the variation of my squat ME days.

I'm not tryin to bring up chit that always gets brought up but remember also thats basically raw. I know they used squat suits but thats all.
Edit out sayin the suits sucked cuz they didnt at the time. It was all they had. I used the exact same suit as Ed is wearing basically.
