very interested to see reviews on this one once people start using it. There needs to be another company or two that makes GOOD single ply IPF gear. I absolutly love my Metal deadlifter but idk if I trust that material for squatting. It stretches way too fast.
shut up and squat *******.

You guys are crazy. Black background is way more sexy than white. Way easier on the eyes when reading in the dark too.
Anyway, I think I'm going to check out a legit gym on Monday to see if it is worth driving across town for vs the commercial gym 2 minutes away. A SPF multi-ply team trains there Westside style so they gotta have some good equipment and some like minded peeps.Celer, Silens, Mortalis - - - - - Meet Lifts: 584/385/600 @ 229 - - - - - Gym Lifts: 600/405/605

here's a good one on the conventional deadlift from 1983 including troubleshooting issues at different areas where the sumo one above was more of a tutorial.

I train both and in meets I pull sumo as I'm stronger that way. I decided to start a new thread with these articles in them to start it out on what have you learned today... I believe pulling sumo will assist the squat more then it would assist the conventional pull. A conventional pull will assist both a squat and the sumo pull.

Deloading a bit this week before another cycle of 5x5. With all this sumo talk I decided to try them.
Worked up to a triple with 305. I didn't want to go heavy, these didn't feel too terrible. Filmed a set and was surprised at what a good angle your back is in when you pull sumo.
I still definitely like conventional but may throw this in as a second movement from time to time.

So get this fam. I upgrade my Iphone to IOS 6, and now my phone won't connect to my computer because my Itunes isn't updated. I can't update Itunes because my OSX hasn't been updated (IE i didn't pay the money for snow leopard). And now, I can't update my OSX (even paying for it) because I can't use the Mac app store because my OSX isn't updated. What in the flying phuck, Apple. You've just lost a fanboy
