I figured if I'm going to phase out some band and chain work I can experiment with the slingshot as an overload tool. Plus itll last a lifetime so getting it now for xmas means I'll have it for years to come when I'm actually strong.

All I want for Christmas is a Springfield XD-S .45 ACP, this:

I don't own a firearm yet but I feel like a pump action shotgun that holds 13, 12 gauge shells is perfect for home defense against a large biker gang all breaking into my house at once.

What is the cheapest bench that's worth a damn? Ideally I would like an adjustable one but I think a regular flat bench will have to do for now. So far the cheapest one I've found is from Rogue...it barely beat out Texas strength systems.
