I'll definitely be mirin' if you hit 1400+, especially if you still have a lower squat than me lol. Hopefully I will have broken a 300 bench and 1300 total by then or I might just have to quit life.

I think putting all that weight on his back and holding it with 1 arm is more impressive than the bench and pull. I doubt I could even squat the bar using only 1 hand on my first try. I feel like I wouldn't be able to get my back tight at all and it would probably roll down my back unless I leaned over a ton.

James is one of the most inspiring people I've ever lifted with. He just makes it happen, no questions. He totally had that bench too, but he didn't keep his wrist locked and when the bar started to twist the judges jumped the take call, and the deadlift was no problem, it's the grip and hand position that is the toughest part. Training with him makes me feel like a total pansy.

Was weird at first switching, but its been about 3 months now so this is pretty normal now. Stig brah says my squat looks different now though, more forward knee travel and more forward lean. So maybe I'm still getting use to not doing it.

haha yep. squatted 700 (actually 699.9)/benched 480/.....................pulled 551. Missed 600 twice. one was very very very ticky tack up and down call.
