Hey guys,
I'm not sure if this is the right thread, but I just got back to lifting after 10 days off and I lost about 10 lbs from most of my lifts. My diet was the same so I was pretty surprised. So my question is how long do you guys think it will take to get back to my previous point?

Probably about a week - ie, next set of workouts you do will likely be back to normal.
You wouldn't lose actual STRENGTH from taking 10 days off - you probably just temporarily stored less glycogen, salt, etc. in your muscles, which caused you to be able to do less reps and weight.http://squatlikealady.blogspot.com -- Recipes, Training, Information, and Life
