Well I've been working out for about 3 months now, following a regime provided by the fitness guys at my local gym.
I do 40 minutes of cardio 3x a week and I also lift 3x a week, but I have no abs, no chest and tiny arms. Any advice fellas?
P.S. I'm natural, no creatine, amino crap, whey, maxi muscle ect.
Stats:
Age: 20
Weight 154lbs / 70kg
Height: 5ft 10

Make sure your diet is in check, make sure your cardio isn't too intense and give it a few more months. The gains will come if you hit the gym hard and eat right I promise you. Don't worry about abs right now if you need to gain weight, do it during your cutting phase. Worry about gaining mass first.

U have a nice base and no arms or abs? u can see a little of ur abs even tho i assume or not flexing and a good start to arms too brah , chest im not sure i bet its fine and u can use whey creatine etc they wont make u any more unnatural than eating from plastic bags and drinking chit like diet sodas i mean those are chemically made... so yeah and start a bulk and then cut , try to figure ur macros and calorie needs , search for forums the stickies dont have links currently... yah , good luck!

Well probably not what you would consider "lifting", but I think I've got some strength developing just not the body.
Here's a selection out of the "lifting" I do.
Bench -70kg x6 - 3 sets
Ez-curl bar - 45kg - x10 - 3 sets
Deadlift 120kg x10 - 3 sets
Incline dumbell press 32kg ea x10 - 3 sets Not exactly BEAST MODE, but it's a start.
Do you lift?
