Man, some of you guys are harsh. I dropped from 203 pounds down to 168 in 16 weeks.. If his goal is 6 months, as long as he has muscle under there he can get dang close. I posted a transformation thread and people said I wasn't natty, PM'd me, looked for different ways to disprove what I did. It's not rocket science, eat right, exercise right, stick with it and see results. Good luck OP!

FYI I've bulked to the same bf and weight before and got to this in 5 months with less nutrition and training knowledge than I have now. (severely depleted in the pics) I think I put 3-4 kgs on in a couple of days after that cut. I know what my body can do and what it can't. All you haters keep coming.....its just motivating me more.

Aim HIGHER! don't limit yourself!
Still on 3000-3500 calories a day.....just extremely clean foods. 300 carbs, 300 protein, 100 fat roughly.....cardio 2 x a week (1x steps/ladder climb approx 1500 steps) 1 x 2 mile sprint/jog. 4 days gym. starting to hit abs hard too. Junk food you are now obsolete!. lifts are going up....rack pulled 200kg x 3, squat 140kgx 6. next update 2 weeks.

You will have to cut for like 6 months in order to get to his bf%. This would equal some muscle loss and even if you don't lose any muscle you don't have enough mass to even come close that that short-term physique. You need at least 1 long cut, 1 long bulk, and then cut again in my opinion which would take 15-18months at minimum of dedicated regime.

u look fatter than u actually are, got some good mass going under dat fat goal should be very possible if u give 110%, train hard diet harder, really bro its all about the diet try to aim for 1800 till u hit a plateau then go down in 100cal steps everytime u hit a plateau could be done in 16 weeks (the leanness dunno bout the size) if u really go ham
