I am currently in my cutting phase and i am curious about doing cardio in my routine
my workout routine is:
Monday- Chest & Triceps
Wednesday- Shoulders, Traps, & Legs
Friday- Back & Biceps
should i do cardio on my off days and will it help me somewhat in muscle building?

My main question was for gaining muscle while losing fat a lot of people were saying that when they bulk they also did low intensity cardio 20 mins because they gain fat fast so that way they gained muscle while not gaining too much fat with that muscle so if i were to do that in all my phases would it work since cardio also increases blood flow?
