Awesome work in here. Sorry for my absence for a while. Buried in work, death in family, etc. Getting back and hope to participate here in due course.
Great work everyone.

Hard to keep up with the awesome in this tread. Rawelite, nice to have some serious lifting going on in here. Timberwolf, good to see you posting in the >35. You helped me learn A LOT about diet whether you know it or not. I owe you a personal 'thank you' for the example you set.
Some great transformations as well in here.
I am still slowly cutting. Just dropping below 200lbs. Not sure how far I will go.
Feeling tiny in my head, but looking better in the mirror. Snapped this today. Arms are down a little. (18.5) But as I am leaning out, I am noticing they look small in comparison to my back and shoulders. I know it probably sounds silly saying they look 'small', but I just mean from a proportion standpoint. I am happy to see that I am maintaining good thickness though. You never really know what is fat and what is not till it drops away. Midsection is coming together nicely...but still not where I want it
Took one flexing chest and one relaxed. Lighting sucks....

Nice to see more Vibrams out there (think cmoore uses them too).
We currently do a thing with the CrossFit crowd where you sit with that Oly bar in the squat and keep your hands as close to the center of the bar as possible. Found it quite tough to maintain the hold with the hands right in the center, back gets very tight. I must try this "get-up" version, looks tough.

Down 19#. This diet has been tough due to my hectic travel schedule and another screwed up knee (slipped on some ice). With all my travel, I have yet to eat at a restaurant and I have found a gym everywhere I have gone. Its hard as hell, but it can be done. My goal is to drop another 21# and keep my strentgh, which I have so far. Great thing is, i dont feel like a bloated cow...sorry for the grainy shots, they are taken with my pc..

Been lurking long enough...
I have been lurking around this thread for a long time and have found true inspiration from all of you super pumped guys and gals.
My thing is feeling and looking good and my aim is to have sixpack abs until I quit this world. I also want to keep some bulk but definition is my thing.
At 54 years I am on track so far but I admit it's getting more difficult to keep muscle as time rolls on. And even more so to build muscle...
My other thing is that I don't have access to a gym. My work keeps me away from home (Cape Town) into Africa for long periods. So body-weight workouts and natural foods are all I have to work with. Below are some pics from this morning.
Thanks for the opportunity to share and be inspired by this great thread!****************************

Amazing transformation.

SB nice work! Traveling and eating AND working out can be tough. Looks like you are managing it well. Congrats on the weight loss and sticking with it. You are going to be one huge looking MOFO when you drop the weight. You can see your chest structure is awesome similar to that outer sweep that Arnold had. (Yes....I am jealous!)
Keep it up man!
Who is that guy?
(not the black dude....the other jacked one?)
Congrats man! That is amazing. Nice work. Something to be proud of!.
Huge milestone. You made it look easy too. Nice work!RAW lifts
