Wow Kimm! That pic!
You are definitely allowed one meltdown. Considering all the emotions you are under with the new baby and all! It's amazing actually how you keep it together.
Both of you ladies are amazing! You are so close!!! One day, one hour at a time! Keep your eyes on the price!
Mega props! Behind you all the way

The next morning I'm having bloody Marys and waffles or pancakes. I'll decide at the last moment. With bacon. AND sausage.
After checkout hightailing it down to the new Rumsey Playfield in Central Park for first night of Phil and Friends tour!Sheriff John Brown always hated me

Thanks so much and you're right, it's a total mind fuk. The lines to get blurry to the point you don't even know what you're looking at anymore! You try to focus and not think about it, but it's hard...
I've been so busy I haven't even thought about a post meal yet. I normally hit the nearest Ihop for blueberry pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage and big glass of tomato juice...only because I never eat breakfast.
Good luck to you bud, you're looking great!National Level Competitor (Female BB)

__________
Couple from this week for me:
Kinda wobbly for me and not my best form but the most I've run at in a while(365). 405 again by August is the plan.
Started working on these again, sore shoulder's kept me from pushing em too hard. Hoping to get the reps and rom back inline.

Back to the first page bump...how does this thread fall to the second page?
So much awesome in the >35.
This is my modest contribution. Working on paused squats and this is one of the reps.

Looking good in here as always. Thought I'd snap a selfie at the gym today. Cuts going good (ended up putting a little too much fat on after the hernia repair) dropped about 25lbs so far in 12 weeks. Probably drop another 10 or so before I go back to maintenance for the rest of the summer.

Pulls from this week, 4" deficit + weightlifting shoes (350) and set of 5 in flats/floor floor @330.
I've been testing the waters to see how much pulling I can tolerate right now (I'm daily squatting). I wasn't planning on using a lot of weight but this didn't feel that heavy. I guess my deadlift likes the daily squatsCSCS

A couple post-workout pics from this morning. I've been really disciplined with my cardio since the weather has gotten nice, so seeing more definition than I am used to. (sorry second pic is a bit blurry; need new phone).

"I competed the past weekend at the Europa Dallas Supershow and got 3rd in the Masters and 6th in the open division. It was a very competitive show but what do you expect from a national show. I was pleased with my conditioning but can always improve. I made some improvements from October's show and will continue to improve in 10 weeks when NPC Masters Championships will be in July. Been on the transformation train for 25 months and will continue to do so."
Bro, you have always inspired me with what you've done with yourself. Always keep up the good work!Respect your efforts, respect yourself. Self-respect leads to self-discipline. When you have both firmly under your belt, that's real power.

Celebrating Memorial day
Firing up the brick oven today. No pizzas for today but plan on throwing everything else in! Having a little get together.
So far we have 5 whole chickens, sausage and peppers, roasted potatoes, gonna roast some whole garlic cloves in olive oil....and anything else we can throw in!
Also have traditional grill food for the 'normal' grill......will be pulling double duty today.
Just fired up the oven so I can get it nice and stable temp.....(yes...beer in hand )
