Not been here for a while but every time I need a bit of motivation, this is the place that feeds it to me in droves. Great photos guys - I seem to be on spread with a lot of you but certainly admirin!
I'm like HighIso, a few weeks into a cut (which started badly). I guess the meticulous weighing and monitoring of food has become a bit of a chore, hence why i'm here and to reflect on the journey as a whole.
The below photo shows how I looked when I started training and where I am right now. It's not a completely fair comparison as i'm slightly tensing the abs in the current photo but relaxed in the first one. The goal is to achieve a six pack when relaxed, i'm currently at 178lbs and am targeting 167lbs as a first stage. I'll then see how things look.
Keep posting, keep believing...........

DD is NSFW! NSFW!
Nice work [SRS] [No pervert]. Keep up the shred!

Me: Still deep into the cut with about 6 weeks till my birthday (always treat it like a show). Feels like I'm ahead of schedule and thus far I've been able to keep my strength up for the most part. My injured shoulder is pretty much mended I think (although I still cant hold the bar comfortably when I squat).

All awesomeness as usual in this thread. This page alone: Ceasura, amazing progress. dd, lean as f**k. cmoore, SICK back shot!
Took my first set of pics in 5 months last night. Kinda happy with what I'm seeing, although it's not what I had planned for this year. I was going to do a cut and get super lean before the big 50 in May, but I'm having too much fun eating and increasing the weights of things that I lift up and put down. So here's where I am this week, 168 lbs, pics taken cold last night at 11 pm:
Shoulders have made progress, but still need much more as you can see in the last pic. I am happy with progress in the traps.
Still time for a cut before May 6, right?

You've got a good frame and you're already very lean so I'd start with the lean bulk already .. you should be at a very receptive phase for gaining muscle at the moment. You can always do a short cut if you feel that the bulk is getting ahead of you
Awesome change ... at 167 you are going to be looking cut to pieces
Shoulder striations and vascularity FTW! Looking great DD
Big, shredded and strongasfuk! Not much more to say Chris!
All the fun time eating and drinking has paid off ... you've added a load of quality mass since the last pics I saw of yours. Legs look great and your arms, chest and traps are looking huge
As for me, I managed to rupture my right distal biceps tendon skiing on the 28th Feb, had an operation to repair it on the 6th March and have been back in the gym for the last week trying to work around my arm ... lots of leg presses and single arm work, and no deads or heavy rows for 6 months
I did some single armed supported rows with the 100lb DBs today. I've already lost 2" off my right arm (on the far side)

Caesura - great progress! What was your starting weight?
DD - Dayum girl, you are killing it! Can't wait to see the pics from your comp
Cmoore - agree back pic is mesmerising :O
Toby - Yay for dem wheels, good progress!
Fitt - sorry to hear about the injury, hope your recovery goes quickly and fully. Nice rows with lefty though
Joe - Nice and balanced there and looking great at this point - can't wait to see how you are further into the cut!
My cut has been going great - not just in the scale/BF area (I am sooo at the narcissistic stage but can't get good pics ), but strength has not plateaued 12 weeks into my cut and I set a PR for incline BB (finally got the damn quarters up, yes I'm weak!).
One pic from Saturday that I like cause of my goofy smile lovin some DLs (that's not 65, its 245 lol) as well as actually see some muscles, and a vid from today with my incline PR (:35 is start of 95 sets).
Gym PRs:
SQ: 360 x 1, BP: 165 x 1, DL: 330 x 2, OHP: 110 x 2
Best meet lifts (raw w/wraps):
SQ: 365, BP: 155, DL: 350, Elite total of 870 @165

Nice tight form and back is looking wide and lean
You're carrying a huge amount of mass Jug and still sporting great abs ... looking strongasfuk!
Thanks Leigh ... I think the thing holding me back now is being held together by only a few strands of tendon
Not fatty and you know that was an awesome squat! You've got that 3pps easy before Spetember!
Dayummm ..... those quads are huge! 27"? looking like a speed skater
I want those triceps! Great looking arms!
The surgeon said the arm is very stable just not to stress the biceps ... the triceps are still fine, but it's no curls, rows, deads or pull-ups for the right arm for at least 3 months
Thanks Birdie!
You're looking really good and I love the form on those inclines
You are one of the stars here for coming back from your heart issues. I'm so jealous of the mass you've built around your shoulders, arms and chest. Awesome Comeback!
Just too easy! (I'd be happy to rep 360 like that)"Better to wear out than rust out!"
Squat 165kg/363lbs
Deadlift 190kg/418lbs

Quick shot after my chest workout yesterday. I actually set a PR on incline bench w/o any intention. Last two sets I did were 285x3. I had never actually tried to lift that amount of weight for ONE rep on incline before yesterday.
