Approaching 3rd week of my cut after a hasty bulk that put too much bloat on too fast. Scale went from 206 dry in the morning to 196 the past 2 days. Lotsa water I assume. Still hovering around 22% bf so I am hoping I don't look stick status when I get sub 15%. Taken yesterday morning. Just hit 36 sunday and not feelin too bad.

You look fantastic .. great mass and definition. You look like you're enjoying yourself despite being shredded!
Hey ... don't be shy about posting in here. You look great going by that pic with big arms, traps and delts and looking lean.
Congrats on that Pro card and it looks well deserved. You presented an awesome physique on the stage!
Ha .. I'd be posting if I got one rep of 225.
Those squats were so well controlled Brad ... seriously killing those after a long break from squatting and rehabbing through that knee pain
You've made a great recovery .. I can't tell by that pic which one you ruptured. Bis are looking big
Nice work and looking really athletic
Mirin' those tris and delts ... you look great
That pic really shows up the striations and vascularity. Looking hyooge!"Better to wear out than rust out!"
Squat 165kg/363lbs
Deadlift 190kg/418lbs

Lots happening for me so been scarce online. Moved to New Zealand in May, and joined up with a decent gym chain and moved off all the CrossFit and full body stuff back to a more "traditional" body building split over 3 days. Kept the big compounds as foundational stuff, but I've loved focusing on more volume and isolation training and I'm already starting to see and feel the results.
Overall, I've been back in training with weights for a year now (fell off the wagon start of 2013, got fat), and I'm leaner and stronger than I've been in years. But it's time to get serious and properly dialled in, and after messing around with different kinds of training I've come full circle to realise that I want to be lean but stacked with muscle: I want to look and feel like a body-builder. Amazing how long it has taken me to get honest with myself about my goals.
Still too fat to be happy with where I'm at, so I've started a cut this morning, going to see where it takes me. Just a random pre-cut pic from last week that I'll be using to check where I am at the end of next month.

Hey fellas...been a while since I posted some pics so here we go. I got some of that belly fat still sticking around, but I'm running a minimum of 15 miles per week, so I should thin out a bit more in the next month. Stats age 38, 163 lbs, 5'6 I should add that a herniated disk took me out of commission for a good 6 months and from there it was a slow comeback...arghhhh
about 3 to 4 years ago. I was actually a fattie and dropped a ton of weight using P90x.

Kim you have all the essentials. Beer, water, protein powder. Looking good!
Back on the diet train for next year (and for Vegas pools in a few weeks)
Up about 10 lbs since 10 days ago. Feels great to be eating "diet" foods again. My body was revolting against me for eating such crap foods. Not going to let myself be a tub o lard this off season.

Last night after back/bicep session. Plenty fat to go on the cut I've just started. Body weight about 169lb (my scale hasn't arrived yet) and estimate BF% at about 17-18.
Body has responded well overall on a combination of heavy/volume training, rather than just heavy full-body/compound sessions (which - quite honestly - were getting dull and wearing me out).

Those relaxed, natural pics are sometimes the best! And like your essentials there - beer, soda, and protein powder, lol.
Too many great posts to catch up with, I've been super stressed this summer . Little sleep and tons of stress has affected me in the gym, but I know its just temporary and all, will get things back up once September hits and I'm not tempted to sell my firstborn for rent. Wanted to post vid from yesterday - back on cut and at 151.8lb, not minding my moving rear view in um....thin workout gear, lol. The weight moved wasn't too bad considering I'm ate up, too.
Gym PRs:
SQ: 360 x 1, BP: 165 x 1, DL: 330 x 2, OHP: 110 x 2
Best meet lifts (raw w/wraps):
SQ: 365, BP: 155, DL: 350, Elite total of 870 @165
Closest thing to a log, but better cause it's vids! = www.youtube.com/user/birdiefu

Mafioso packin on the mass looking strong in the upper body. Chest and shoulders filled in well!
Shreddysmurf, guessing your below 17%, closer to 15, but of course pics are tuff to go by sometimes.
Solid work, strong SLDL's! Didn't notice any serious "movement" just looked strong, so yourdoinitright!"Where you are now is not important, what matters is where you are headed".
What will be your legacy?
