I don't need your reps, but you owe me a new zipper, this one busted
I was on vacation when they cut into that great chest and was getting text updates from Deeders. I was pretty sure you were going to die.
My prayers were answered when you didn't. Thanks for not dying Brah.Don't put that on me Ricky Bobby, don't you ever put that on me.

Been there, done that. I definitely know how depressing that can be. You've got to focus on the positive when you feel that way. Think of all the heart patients that didn't survive their diagnosis when you did. Think of all the people that are out of shape that would love to have the physique you have right now. etc etc
There will come a day when I tire of listening to 80's music. That day is not today.

A little bit of tenderness around the Hamstrings of my worse leg after leg day this week told me I had pushed it a little far
Strangely enough I felt it during side lunges then the deadlifts felt fine.
325 x 1
A couple of days later and the visual reminder that I still must take things slowly turned up
This is my hamstring area the bruise isn't from an impact. Fortunately it has healed fast and is no longer tender.

You've really added a lot of mass to your back
You've done really well to overcome adversity and rebuild the physique that you've got. You may still be a little shy of where you were at your biggest but persistence will get you back to your best shape ever. Most people would have given up long ago!
Great job on the cutting ... you are looking big and lean and that's a great V taper. Mirin' the definition in your back as well!
Perfect form and control
Congrats on pulling the 325
Guns are huge
Merry Christmas everyone ... it's already well into Christmas Day here"Better to wear out than rust out!"
