Props for being honest you results are great and props for that. But you also have muscle memory going on. I didnt touch a weight pretty much between 23 and 30 when my kids were really young. In 3 months I was bigger and stronger than ever.


This is me 11 weeks post triple bypass. For 4 weeks I was not allowed to lift over 5 lbs. I know I didnt go to a gym or workout at all for the first 8 weeks. I dont think in this photo I was doing anything but really light arms.

This is very impressive! Very well done sir!

Muscle memory was not a new info for me, but I never thougt, that this is an important factor.

Hi everyone!

This is my 6 month (181 day) transformation. I'm soo happy with my results!

For rememberance:
- I had no weights in my hand between summer of 2008 and 2013 june 14, so almost 5 year long!
- I train only 20-25 min, but every day (started in 2013 june 14). Using only two 19,1 lbs hevy dumbbells.
- No supplements, no steroids, no fatburners etc. I'm full natural.









What do you think?

Not my day to do dips, but did at the end of my workout anyway since it's the best I've felt since the flu.

Yes I used just two dumbbells (19,1 lbs each. Non adjustable), I use no supplements at all and I eat only normal home food.
I train 20-25 min per day (almost every day).
190 day were gone since june 14 but ca. 20 day felt out. So ca. 170 day of training and that means: total time of training is less than 70 hours!!

Here is my workout program (it is even today a real challange for me to complete it with a true smile on my face. It's not so easy, than it seems for the first look) and my diet:

Been there, done that. I definitely know how depressing that can be. You've got to focus on the positive when you feel that way. Think of all the heart patients that didn't survive their diagnosis when you did. Think of all the people that are out of shape that would love to have the physique you have right now. etc etc

Strangely enough I felt it during side lunges then the deadlifts felt fine.

This is my hamstring area the bruise isn't from an impact. Fortunately it has healed fast and is no longer tender.

This shoot with Jeff Sygo was actually back on October 6, but I just got the images yesterday. Location was the Powerhouse Gym in Fenton, Michigan. I was probably up to about 177 pounds in these photos, after having competed at 173 pounds the day before.

You've done really well to overcome adversity and rebuild the physique that you've got. You may still be a little shy of where you were at your biggest but persistence will get you back to your best shape ever. Most people would have given up long ago!
