Another random shot as I near one year of training, still got a couple of months to run though. Oh, and i note my right hand grips in a very camp manner when flexing - must try harder!

So, I don't really squat very often nowadays. Really, I maybe squat about 3-4 times a year.
I'm happy with this day's session. My back and joints felt pretty good during and afterwards.
So, you get two rarities - me posting my skinny legs on here, and me squatting. Don't laugh too hard.
Don't mind the low camera angle.I don't lift weights, I flex under duress.

Very nice lifting.
Nice shoulders and bun
Very nice natural frame to build on.
I admire effort. Excellent effort. Keep it going. It will get better and better.

Up 7lbs in the past 8 weeks. Body fat is on the rise.. so is my strength. It's great to see plenty of ass being kicked in this thread.

Thanks big man.
You haven't seen my matchstick legs!
Not srs. I'm about 178 now and still have plenty of fat to lose. Going to start an eight month cut in the new year, enjoying the gains too much atm.
Jeez, I felt that last rep myself from the comfort of my sofa! Great work.
That's 33lbs weight loss in less than nine weeks, which is almost 4lbs per week. Strong progress - are you purely working on weight loss or is muscle mass also key to your plan?
'Wow' is all I can say. That's a rare talent. Amazing!
Thank you sir. 'Building' tends to progress quite well. 'Cutting' - now that's where the challenge always lies!
Got your rate of weight gain almost perfect then. Your traps really stand out!Accept difference. Not indifference.

Good to see you back. Glad all is OK.
Out to dinner tonight and saw probably the most intense saturated rainbow I have ever seen in my life. Snapped a pic with my phone. Really beautiful. Not bodybuilding....but thought I would share.

The 3 day weekend killed my diet but i definitely filled out today with a bunch of dirty carbs hitting just over 196, cold flexed. Hoping to bring up my hams, glutes, calves & lower back this winter.

Do all that, and you will look as good as your genes will let you, be content as the arseholes around you will allow, and maybe get a few screws. The particular virtues of weight training are in the discipline it brings to both mind and body, and, if you do it right, it will make you look good naked and do well what you got your clothes off to do." Ignoring your 'love handles' (which I have worse), your bf looks to be quite low. I'd be in bulk mode if I carried your figure - I don't think cutting is going to be too much of a battle.
One post that I still vividly remember (several months ago) was you putting up a photo of your calorie laden dessert as you entered bulk mode. I was cutting at the time and just stared at it thinking........'this is the last thing I needed'Accept difference. Not indifference.

I haven't been in the forums much lately because I have been training for this (had to choose between sleep or Internet haha). I know O35 has been powerlifting happy these days so just wanted to post my meet from this past weekend.
Scrolling through all the pages I missed while in hibernation now. Very impressive, everyone!CSCS
