slowly getting back up there with front squats , 385 but could have been a little deeper

I did some more trap bar deads after the fronts, 455 x 6 - I like them, pain free deadlifting is nice. I'm going to alternate this combo with back squats every 4-5 days and see how that holds up

Excellent front squats. After that first rep, all were very deep and even paused, so those are big. Good form on all of your lifts. Obviously has made you make some good gains. Nice work.

Why not?

Because it's a long term goal. Don't get me wrong, I want to squat 5 plates, but I got to get to 3 plates first, then 4, and do it without injuring myself.

Changed my line of pull to Chinese Style. The ‘jump back’ indicates I’m keeping the bar path tight.







Russian technique on how to dip shallow. This technique also teaches how to take advantage of the bar whip. (Deep dip is no good.)

Thanks highiso! Yes some people I haven't seen are blown away. Had my annual physical Friday and the doc was super impressed all my blood work is improved too! No on the feature but that is cool. It is motivating me to get even better. Much work ahead of me still.

Thanks I think 185-190 range. I think it helps that I am flexing the in pic and the lighting is not super bad. I have been trying to cut but not having success I used to right now. I am just going to keep trying to slowly cut until I get where I want if ever.

Today was my one year anniversary of lifting weights! I did the STS bro split for 5 months and blazed through my noob gains, and have been on the generic bulking routine, an upper/lower split for the last 7 months. I'm always trying to keep my intensity high, getting mentally pumped up and lifting to failure.
