Bar none the best I've ever looked at 201 lbs. at end of this year's first "real" cut week. Hoping to hit around 190 by end of July.

Technique Day
Snatched Up to 70KG
Cleaned Up to 100KG
Jerked up to 100KG
Changed my line of pull to Chinese Style. The ‘jump back’ indicates I’m keeping the bar path tight.
Russian technique on how to dip shallow. This technique also teaches how to take advantage of the bar whip. (Deep dip is no good.)

Took a couple of shots this morning. Still a lot of work ahead of me but happy to be rid of 2 x 45 lb. plates worth of fat! Ooh rah!

Thanks highiso! Yes some people I haven't seen are blown away. Had my annual physical Friday and the doc was super impressed all my blood work is improved too! No on the feature but that is cool. It is motivating me to get even better. Much work ahead of me still.Weighed - 281 lbs on 1/1/2012

Today was my one year anniversary of lifting weights! I did the STS bro split for 5 months and blazed through my noob gains, and have been on the generic bulking routine, an upper/lower split for the last 7 months. I'm always trying to keep my intensity high, getting mentally pumped up and lifting to failure.
Here's my starting point, and today's pic after upper day.
