Flex,
I love the way you looked at the sidebender at 0:57. It's like you're saying after your DL,"Yo, that's how real men should train."This above all..

Fantastic!
Nice.
Not Human.
I love watching those lifts.
And, you're all on spread, go figure. You don't have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great.

I'm so far behind in this thread, plus I don't have much internet time while here in Puerto Rico, so I will need to make more details comments and praise later. All I can say right now is, Good Job, everyone!
I don't have a lifting picture, just one of me on Sunday visiting the cacti along the coast near Guánica (hear that, Bodyhard?). But I have been lifting at Gold's Gym in Hato Rey, just a few minutes' walk from where I'm staying. Today was deadlifts (just 315, nothing to brag about), clean and press, ansome arms for fun. I'm letting my hair grow out to donate to Locks of Love - hope to get it cut early next year.
I think this Melocactus is happy to see me...

Bumping the ladies because I want to.
It must be my glasses, because I can't see where your bulk went wrong. You're pretty lean already and no need to go too crazy with a cut. Nice job darlin!
I've always been inspired Swoosh, you've done a hell of a job!
I think you've done a great job Steph! You still have a nice level of leaness and honestly, you carry your weight well.National Level Competitor (Female BB)

Tuesday's training I managed to hit 105 x 3 on my overhead press. I haven't hit that number in over a year and with the way my shoulder's been I was godamn stoked!
Anyhoo...these are from a couple days ago...
Keep at it everyone!National Level Competitor (Female BB)

Impressive... not many folks at my gym even do overhead pressing... let alone with a barbell.. let alone with anything substantial. And, by substantial, I don't mean actual numbers, I mean, something actually challenging... they barely look like they are trying when they do it...
Obviously, your challenging yourself.. as you said.. keep at it !--

Someone should explain to the sidebender fella that his weights act as counter balancers. He might as well do them empty handed.

I have been laying a little low lately .
Cut still going. Down another .5lbs. 188.5 now.
Here is a pic from tonight.....I am getting fairly lean now. I am actually liking my bird calves a little more as I lean out.
Midsection is starting to come in FINALLY! Still sporting the tank though. Not quite ready to ditch it yet!..
