Thanks Jim! I went and measured last night about 2 hours after chest/bicep training and got 16.0"......so they have lost size since last measurement. Feelsbad.jpg
Reverse dieting = slowly adding back calories after a long calorie deficit so as to minimize excessive fat gain.
