I have met Matt in person some years ago and his build was nothing, nothing compared to the amazing physique he has built over time!

Whats a reverse dieting? Eating bad foods? You all look amazing by the way.

Reverse dieting = slowly adding back calories after a long calorie deficit so as to minimize excessive fat gain.

Looks like you're right on track with the reverse dieting - good on you for keeping disciplined.

Like you my arms are relatively small. At 230 they're just about 17.5". I could definitely use some more size.

I've been reverse dieting for the past 25 days and was feeling fat tonight--had to take a few shots to mark progress as clothes are feeling tighter .

The next 4 years I am attacking my arms with a vengeance!! I feel that I need at least 18" guns in order to be competitive. We'll see--arms have always been small. Sitting at 16.25" with no pump and flexed.

You arms are balanced with nice bi peaks so they look a lot bigger than 16.25. I never really was interested in competing because I was self concious about arm size. We seem to have a very similar build.
