Today I tied a frame deadlift PR ( for this particular frame, other frames I can deadlift 60+ more pounds ) but it was a much better lift this time.

Thanks
The problem is how to get the other body parts to catch up
Huge arms, shoulders and traps. Mirin' those forearms as well. Looking strong!
Your delts are really popping and you can't hide those lats and that V --- great mass Vytis, and you're really wide for a tall guy
You're as strong as an ox Ox!
Seriously alpha!"Better to wear out than rust out!"

Had a power-lifting comp yesterday and made a little video of a few lifts I did.
If you've been following my journal, you'll already know that I'm lifting with a torn rotator cuff in my right shoulder, so don't come in looking for some huge bench numbers, they aren't there. LOL
Weighed in at 202lbs
My lifts went as follows-
Squat- 573,606,623
Bench-325,342,358
Deadlift-573
I didn't get footage of my 573 squat or my 358 bench due to dip****s standing in front of the camera!!
I only got one deadlift in unfortunately due to my shoulder being very pissed off by the end of the day. I was really bummed because I had pulled a few 600 deads in training but I haven't done one in a meet yet. I still totaled 1554, which I'm certainly happy with. Now, after I'm able to walk again due to some serious DOMS and sore knees, I'll start back up again and train for something around March.

Whoa. That's amazing. You're something else, man. LOL. Sometimes I forget that you are a bodybuilder when you post mind-boggling stunts. Can't wait to see what you're gonna do next.
Anyway, I wanted to show my artistic and creative side as well.
Please feel free to turn up volume if you like Pavarotti. (As a side note, it's kinda sad how I didn't appreciate Pavarotti's talent until after he was gone.)

From yesterday. Watched it, and fixed the bench position (moved further towards head) and spread the legs farther to prevent any butt lift. Anyway, 235 x 5 bench.

Congrats. Very well done. I like the boots
You sir, are a freak. The good kind, not the pierced face, fire blowing kind
Congrats
Could not watch this on my I Pad but if it has Pavarotti I am certain I would like it. I am a big fan of his as wellI'm a great believer in luck and I find the harder I work, the more I have of it. ~ Thomas Jefferson

Really cool BTO
Nothing Cool? My son thought that was the coolest thing ever
Cool vid norwich
frickin road map, awesome
This is a little crappy one overall but I thought I should throw it up anyways. Did chest yesterday, was feeling pretty good.
Incllne DB's:
90x10
90x10
95x8
100x5 (first time trying the 100's so I was really happy)
moved on to flat bench
225x10
245x6(was starting to gas so I let up because I really wanted to put on weight later)
275x2
then I tried 300(video below) spotter said he just touched bar to stabalize but I know it wouldn't count. That being said though I'm pretty happy with the attempt, already had spent a lot of energy on incline so I think next week I will start with flat and see if I can push it up a bit easier. Never had this much drive to push new weights, I have the O35ers to thank for that.
Video is fuzzy, took my son on a callout earlier in the day and let him play fruit ninja while eating a jelly doughnut. Angle also sucks but didn't realize until later.
critiques always welcome

Can you possibly get any more sexier? Damn woman you need to stop with the pics, it is unfair to some of us who can only look
Very nice family pic!
That worked well for a dipping belt, but you put it on backwards man the plate should to be to the front so that the belt is supported by your back, not your stomach.Last edited by bodyhard; 11-26-2012 at 12:59 PM.
