Guess you are right about the "BI"cep thing. Funny as you never know it is there till you see it. This might seem like old news to most, but when you finally see thing start to come out on yourself that have never been there, it is a rewarding feeling and makes the effort of the cut worthwhile.
Thanks for the view on the forearms. I started to become a little paranoid as I see guys doing all this work at times on things and I am not doing any....There are times I feel like I should be doing a lot more.....But when I started working out again, I promised that I would try to find a way that I could do it and not dominate my life. My 3 day program seems to be fitting the bill. But, the temptation to do MOAR is great at times....
Thanks Clive! Always nice to have an arm compliment coming from you . No offence taken.... I thought it looked a little strange too!
Thanks Pharma. Hope the healing is going well. Take it easy for sure!

Oh on the bar lol. Yeah I'm already not slim at the moment.
I did rack pull yesterday
10*140 kilo
9*160
6*180
This is because I want to improve lower back and grip
But yeah, although that was a heavy 185 kilo deadlift - I will probably increase this soon
I'm planning to do a better video when
Deadlift 3*185
Bench press 3*105
Squat 3*135
Lats pulldown 3*100
Maybe rackpull?
It will be a bit boring video but I will do it only to show the weights to people that have been following my exercise journals online since 2006 (on other forums, blogs and my own website)

Thanks - I'm really pleased how this growth phase has been going. I wish my legs would fill out at the same rate...
Wow, thanks! I thought I had been posting a bunch, lol. I do mainly post progress pics in my journal, but I'll definitely post here as improvements are made.
Thanks Captain!
Thanks guys. The tough part for me will be to not gain too fast, as I am an endo and the fat can pile on quickly if I'm not careful.
Case in point - my legs are getting a better sweep, but at the expense of conditioning. I've definitely lost some of my cuts, but I'm still pleased overall:

I hate hate HATE doing squats. But I do do them....anyways, I was always wondering if my form was good. Sorry for the awkward angle, I don't use Youtube that much.

lol, it's a good thing I have a laptop
As for your squat...
IMO you could go lower. Don't know if you have existing knee/flexibility issues that are preventing you from going lower, but you want to at least break parallel if you can. If that means dropping the weight some, so be it.
I think you may also benefit from a wider stance, it will allow you to "sit down" into the squat a lot easier...will help keep you off your toes.
Speaking for my self, I despise the smith machine. If you're just starting out then I can MAYBE see using it, but if you have access to a free bar and a rack, try it instead of the smith.
The biggest thing I had to overcome when learning squats was not bending at the knee first, the movement starts with the hips. Break at the hips and push your butt back, everything else will follow. Can't tell if you're doing that already since it was a front shot, but it's something to keep in mind.
I used to dread doing squats as well...but like you, I did them anyway. Now, it's not so bad.
Not saying you're gonna end up loving them, but for me, they aren't so bad anymore.Cleverly disguised as a responsible adult...

4 full weeks of cutting.
Starting weight 208
Todays weight 192
Drop of 16lbs. (not all is fat. First 8-10lbs is water/glycogen).
Losing on avg 1.5-2lbs/week. It is a little faster then I would like, but I am eating 2400 cals. Only thing I can figure is the ECY. (the "Y" never having done before). Seems to really be kicking things up.
I Feel noticeably smaller, but I am in a very depleted state. I think with a good carb up, I could easily suck up 7-8 lbs scale weight to really round off the muscles.
Funny, I am more self conscious of the midsection now then I was when I was 208. It is coming together....but I was not quite ready for a shirtless day today

Looking good big guy.

Here's mine taken 11-11-12
Not quite as lean as I'd like, but not too bad for rolling into winter

2012 WPC Worlds. Matched my personal best total despite not setting a PR on squat or dead. Go go bench press!
