Very much appreciate the friendly competition over the past few months. If not for that, I doubt I would have progressed quite so far. (and sure as hell would not attempt to rep 405 20 times! )

Lately I haven't been going for PR's, I plan them out much more than I did in the past, but I deadlifted a 620 pound frame and held it for 30 seconds ( without straps ) yesterday.
Just to be clear, this wasn't a PR attempt on the frame. Next time I go for a PR on the frame, it'll be 800 pounds.Last edited by bigtallox; 10-21-2012 at 10:27 PM.

Squat:
Gotta work on leg alignment.
Bench: Really light.
Got screwed a bit on this one, as I set my second attempt at 300, it was written down at 310, and I missed it. Can't drop weight, so had to try again, and didn't have the strength for it. Not anyones fault, other than my own, for not watching what was written down. Next Meet, I'll hit the 310 and more.
Deadlift:
I am simply strong in this one, but I really need to work on my form.The Iron will never Lie to you.
