    I had the gym to myself so peeked around the corner, then snuck a vid shirtless to get an idea of how my scaps are tracking. After each of my shoulder recons I've started working the shoulders with pull-downs, then negs on the pull-ups and finally BW and weighted pull-ups. I always go slow to avoid momentum that might reinjure the RCs. I think pull-ups are much under-rated for building upper body mass and I think that they've been great for rehabbing my shoulders

    Anyway, Im posting this because I was very pleasantly surprised to see a Christmas Tree for the first time ever

    Very cool!!!! I am dropping weight right now.......I hope I can join the club soon!

    Very much appreciate the friendly competition over the past few months. If not for that, I doubt I would have progressed quite so far. (and sure as hell would not attempt to rep 405 20 times! )

    I use them a lot in my videos and I listen to them quite a bit even when not lifting. I like their style.

    Lately I haven't been going for PR's, I plan them out much more than I did in the past, but I deadlifted a 620 pound frame and held it for 30 seconds ( without straps ) yesterday.



    Just to be clear, this wasn't a PR attempt on the frame. Next time I go for a PR on the frame, it'll be 800 pounds.

    Looking great, I'm currently trying to eat my way up to 230Lbs, 4500c a day is adding about 1/2Lb a week at the moment so it could take me a while!!

    Squat:

    Gotta work on leg alignment.

    Bench: Really light.

    Got screwed a bit on this one, as I set my second attempt at 300, it was written down at 310, and I missed it. Can't drop weight, so had to try again, and didn't have the strength for it. Not anyones fault, other than my own, for not watching what was written down. Next Meet, I'll hit the 310 and more.

    Deadlift:

    I am simply strong in this one, but I really need to work on my form.

    I had the gym to myself so peeked around the corner, then snuck a vid shirtless to get an idea of how my scaps are tracking. After each of my shoulder recons I've started working the shoulders with pull-downs, then negs on the pull-ups and finally BW and weighted pull-ups. I always go slow to avoid momentum that might reinjure the RCs. I think pull-ups are much under-rated for building upper body mass and I think that they've been great for rehabbing my shoulders
