Just want to add my 2 Eurocents to agree that this is one of the best threads ever! Hopefully I'll post something of myself at some point and not just comment from the peanut gallery.
Totally awesome - I bet heads were turning at the office that day!
Take a number and get in line....
Congratulations!
A definite wow - something to aim for in my next 2 years. Though I think this look says "Are you curling in my squat rack??"
Fantastic arm - I'm sure your boy had the best built dad at the pool!
Definitely repped. I'm busting my @ss in the gym so I'm still around at 76; I can only hope to look as good.
Beat me to it - I was sorely tempted to neg just for the socks.
Beautiful posing - getting ready for a comp?
And if the blokes keep working out real hard, may be they'll look like you in a few decades. Good job everyone!Peace: Lift Long and Prosper!
Alamagan Dågan - and proud of it!

Calm down on the socks and sandals (:-)
They are flip flops and I take my NIKES off when I get in the house --more comfortable with out them and I don't feel like taking off the socks just to put them on when I go back out
I never go out with the socks and flip flops --I do have some sense of styleI know muscle has a memory but I think mine has Alzheimers

Thanx Doc
Re them being family...no!!! but a great bunch of guys and actually quite doable in terms of ages as they range from 21 to 31.
Lovely fellows and a credit to their folks!
We forget sometimes in the all the negativism of our modern world that in fact the parents efforts DO pay off and as a result, their kids are a real credit to them and and have turned out to be valuable, contributing, well-behaved, successful, family oriented people within their community.http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=154678393

Wow! Like many have already stated, this is a great thread. Kudos to all who have contributed!
I'm having some conflicting feelings right now. On the one hand, I'm feeling ashamed of my sloth, because I could have reached my goal a long time ago. But, on the other hand, I'm feeling challenged because I wanna join in and post my pics too. I'm going to have to consult the Wizard for some courage.www.arthritis.org | www.carfintl.org

Just joined a brand new gym, and as I stepped in for the first time I was immediately approached by the manager who asked if I wanted to be in a photo shoot for some promotional material. She wanted to get pictures of actual members working out in the new gym. After signing a disclaimer, I got to work while a photographer snapped away. I was also complimented on my "beautiful physique", which made my day.

Beasts and a beauty. Nice work again this week everyone.

So my nutrition strategies are heavily influenced from my endorphin side (cardio). I’ve always done best to keep NA half my K and typically have thought I look better on lower salt intake (<2500). So last May, I played with electrolyte levels. At the time I believed the NA load (4+)/ K reduce (<3) during the “pre” week made a huge aesthetic difference. Looking back and having read more on the issue as it pertains to BB, I think I would have looked much better had I stayed steady state on my electrolytes and possible at slightly higher intake levels overall. So For the next couple weeks I’m going to target an extra gram per day and see what happens. Worse case I’ll bloat a bit.
Couple pics today. I’m 3 days out from a refeed, have an extra gram of sodium, and had consumed nearly a gallon of water this morn before these were taken.
Weigh in today at 182.
