I know the scale says otherwise but you really don't look like you've lost that much progress. Of course it could just be that this picture is so grainy.
Yeah, I've never seen anyone touch the ones in my gym either.
Can't believe it's only 8 weeks away. You look killer already. There will come a day when I tire of listening to 80's music. That day is not today.

I did the longest log clean I've ever done, horrible horrible clean, but followed by a decent press. 600 pound yoke now feels light, I haven't tried the 750 yet and probably won't before the competition next month. 510 frame deads for reps.

Haha, thanks Jim! I figured I'd bust out the ol' disclaimer based on recent posts.
Thanks John, you got that right...no more whining about those 13.75" pieces of shiit. They only measure about 16 3/8", but it sure makes the physique 100% more aesthetic. Remember this pic you made for me? I think maybe it needs an update

Thx man!
It's only annoying to those who don't believe it.
It's only easy when you've figured out what works for the individual. Well maybe NOT easy. You did see how fat I was right? I like to eat man!!!

Good grief man.
Reminds me of Shark Week with the Great White Shark being THE appex predator of the sea. Damn solid power. I reinjured three hernias just watching the video.
Please provide details and link, if possible, to the knee wraps you are using. I'm in dire need of them and struggling to find anything local that fits.
Awesome effort displayed there.
100% true story>>>> I was planning on a much needed rest & recovery day today after working & lifting this weekend. Saw this post and am now getting my gym gear ready. Heading in do go lift heavy sh!t and feel good about later on.!!!!
"heavy sh!t" is a relative term. At present, I'm still lifting kiddie weight.I may look like Santa Claus.....but I'm feeling like Elvis...........

not quite in the Ripped Direction of Busta and the others, and not in the direction of BTO, but as I'm working towards my 575 at the RPS power Challenge in October, I have to move some heavy stuff. Here's 500lbs even for 3 Touch N Go reps.
My trainer pointed out that to push through this mental point, I need to step away from the rule book, and do 500lbs for singles till I hit 30. Ugh... I'll either get stronger or never Deadlift again, I think. The Iron will never Lie to you.

@ 192.8 lbs. today after chest workout. My weekend at the lake was filled with beer and plenty of good food, some junk food, some vodka, some more beer and of course I had to stop at DQ for a medium M&M & Heath Blizzard last night on the way home. Today was the first Monday all year that I was only up 1 lb. from the Friday before. I've been keeping with my fasting through the weekends during this cut which has made the difference I think.
