Just show up. Move some iron. Put in the time. Eat enough food.

    By the way, thanks Phattso,

I'm pushing pretty hard (could probably do more though) I hit he gym around one and a half to two hours twice a day five days a week, and I'm just about to put day six in which will be a second leg day but only for the atrophied (well they both are just one more than the other), I'm fighting to get that skinny puppy up so I can do the heavy work again but extra reps and sets aren't doing it, it needs a day on it's own as well. I just have to work out what to throw into the afternoon workout so I don't feel like I'm a slacker.

Looks like great progress! No one would mess with you over your taste in music. (no hate, I am worse)

After an injury filled 2013, getting back into some heavy lifting. Changing up my bench and squat setup....but the heavy rows and pullups continued...After Christmas I start the march to the 242# world.

Post-Thanksgiving pump this morning. I'm throwing out my chicken and lentils and replacing it with turkey and my 72 year old aunt's giblet stuffing because this morning's session was out of this world. I didn't want to go home.

330->210. Drop me a PM if you're just getting started and want some advice.
Do what you love and you'll never workout a day in your life.

Thanks. I stopped counting reps. Every set to failure (except the warmup with the bar in squats). I'm very symmetrical (within a half inch upper/lower on both sides). Only have 13 1/4 arms unflexed but I wrapped the tape myself. Can't find my measuring tape that locks - could be 13 1/2. Legs need work but are coming along since I started doing them twice a week. Best squat to parallel is only 240 on the bar (on my last squat set). 140 on the bar for close grip bench press on the last set (all to failure).

I hit 206 tonight after a whole lot of over indulging the past three days. Feeling good with a constant calorie surplus but I'm starting a cut this week to get back down to the mid 190s.

You're still a very lean 206 Gary. Why start the cut until you get that 500 pull?

You look bigger than that, and the numbers on the bar don't mean as much as the progress, I regularly wind the number down to work in strict form and a change of exercise, I never see big numbers in my lifts, but what I do see is weekly progression and shirts getting tighter with more veins showing through. Keep doing what works for you, you're looking good.

    Thanks, gang!

So after chasing 108KG (238-lbs) for well-over a year, I finally nailed it this AM. My last C&J PR was a 107kg back in July of 2012. I attempted 3 times, and got it the 3rd time. I had to hold it overhead for a few seconds to feel what 108 feels like.

I think having a chiropractor (who is also a competitive strongman) make adjustments on me regularly, plus having a coach help me, just put everything together. Next goal is 110KG. I'm just gonna skip 109 and go right to 110.

Thanks FLEX!! Not sure if you knew, but I did a comp last weekend and pulled 639. I was pretty happy with that.

And.....no video. Hopefully you'll take my word for it.

Recently celebrated my 2 year lifting anniversary Took a few photos over the weekend, and really got a kick out of my back shot comparisons. The timing on these is from approximately 6 months, 1 year, 1 1/2 years, 2 years. I've been on a cut since August (down 12 pounds) and it's the first time I've gone on a diet when I had some underlying muscle. It's ridiculously exciting to see more of it!

Wow more size on the shoulders and that waist has just been zipped in, may I just say if it's not offensive, that's a very sexy look you are holding now.
