This weekend. I'm a little shrimp. Been trying to get rid of fat that was built up from getting in a funk for a year and slacking. At this point I dipped down into the 150's. I'm 6-0. I think its time to start eating again. lol

Dropping the squat box from 18" to 5" meant dropping well over 100lbs from my squat and swallowing a lot of pride but I'm very happy I started this journey. I've also dropped nearly 40lbs of BW in the last five months.

Taken this morning.
Funny how when I started lifting last year my left arm seemed so weak. I am grateful that it's coming along. Gotta be careful to safeguard the elbow.
I may look like Santa Claus.....but I'm feeling like Elvis...........

Here's a quick vid from today. A pull-up PR. I switched to neutral grip because I feel it in my lats more. I know that's not the case for most, but seems to be for me.

Took this a couple hours ago. You see, last night I was giving myself a haircut with the #2 clippers and for the first time ever decided to hit my arms with the #2 clippers. Today was Back day and I was shocked that I could actually see some definition in my forearms. LMAO... Sry for the bad pic, I have no idea how to flex and I was in the restroom at work when I noticed and didn't want to get busted taking a pic of myself in the mirror hahahaha.

I haven't taken a photo in over a year. What the hell... Took one a few minutes ago. The extra deadliftin seems to be paying off with some much needed thickness. Truth be told when I cut some weight.
Every day counts.

OK.....I dont mean to spam as I put this in my posing thread, and one on taking a week off and seeing a 50lb jump in my bench.
But this was taken tonight.....end of cut...sitting at 191 after a week of eating anything and everything. Down 15 lbs in 8 weeks.
Bulk starts Monday.
Turning up quality makes the definition show up a little better.

My ultimate goal is mass right now. I am shooting for hitting 40 in the best shape of my life. Leaves me time for a real good bulk a followed by a nice cut.
I am fairly lean right now (veins all through my quads and even the first signs of glute striations...just abs are stubborn)....and taking it any further serves no purpose other then to assure no gains. Getting excessively lean will probably lose some mass too.
So....it is ramp up cals and try to stay as lean as I can. Last time, I managed to bulk for 5 month with only aprox 5 lbs fat gain...but adding about 10 lbs mass.RAW lifts
