reps all around, great photos and vids as usual.
Today I hit a major milestone, first time squatting pain free in two months, only 3 plates but after barely being able to walk for weeks it felt AWESOME. Will post a vid when I get home

Been awhile since I posted in here.....here is a video of me benching 315 - 12 times, weighing around 258#. Only been lifting for heavy for five weeks, so I have some work to do. Blew out my back four months or so (I walked around like a question mark for three weeks...) and once that became better, slipped in my garage and partially tore my MDL. Have only squatted and deadlifted the bar, too much weight causes to much pain. Hopefully I can jump back in shortly, once i remove the brace.
Best to all.400# Bulgarian bicep curl

Always the best vascularity I've seen anywhere
Your arm's looking big and you're looking fit and lean
Thanks! It was a great trip and there'll be plenty of happy memories
Awesome stuff with 315 x 12 reps. I'd love to get 135 x 12
You made it look easy as well. I hope that you can get back into the heavy squats and deads soon
Great strength Phattso and I love the way you're keeping that tension on the pecs
Would have been fun though! Looking really fit despite the booze
You're both looking great!"Better to wear out than rust out!"

Hey all, been awhile since I posted on here. Things have been a little crazy last few weeks/months. My community went up in a wildfire and we lost 500 homes. Mine was safe but a lot of friends lost theirs. Been busy sifting thru the rubble to help find them something.
Still getting to the gym as much as I can. Recently I did an impromtu mini-strongman competition. There were 8 or 9 people with myself and one other guy being over 35. Everyone else was 25 and under. I placed 3rd out of the event killing some of the times of those youngins! It was a lot of fun for sure
I've also cut down some more weight. I was working 2 jobs 70+hrs and doing a lot of lifting at the other job. Right now sitting at 195...i'm at work so I don't have a good shot to post, I will when I get home.Dave
