LOL, in after cmoore - talk about a tough act to follow, my arms hurt just looking at that crazy flag
here's mine from this week, after a week of PSMF I've been eating @ maint. for the last few days, back to PSMF for the next 7 Feel small AND flat, the worst of both worlds.. oh water.
Had to use the raised handles on the trap bar to prevent my knee tendinitis from shutting me down.. much better leverage.

Finally broke 200 lbs. this week, 199.8 lbs. today. Thinking bf is around 12%. Another 5-7 lbs. to lose yet will probably take until the end of July to do so.

Good and lean.
Great progress, FB.
Looking good, Mr. Chance. Nice comeback.
Good pic. Big and chunky.
No worries about the weight. Looking good.
Bad-ass, Bank.
What trickery is this? Cannot comprehend. Crazy.
Nice lifts, Halfway. You have a lot more. I'll slowly be catching up with you this next year (lol)
Solid.
Killing it, lj. Super impressive. Great arms.

Awesome work on that cut ... can't believe that you had a 52" waist looking at that pic. Nice V taper now!
Damn that's a lot of mass in that V ... you've got broad shoulders and lots of thickness for a tall guy. You'd be scary to stand next to
Those hundos looked really easy for you, especially since you hadn't tried them for a while
Your back and shoulders are looking muscular and defined ... great pic
Looking good ... nothing wrong with that pic
Nice work over 5 months ... you definitely look like you lift
What happened to keep you away from training?
You look great in that pic ... I always admire the thickness in your chest, delts and arms and it doesn't look like you've lost any mass
That calf looks like a leg ham ... correction... that cow looks like a leg ham. Massive and nice to see those vessels coming in"Better to wear out than rust out!"

Great progress with the lifting and you've been building a really solid physique. I know you had trouble training regularly and the job situation was difficult but you've done a great job
Fully sick Chris!
Super strong on those DB inclines. I love the ghetto 150s and the super slow controlled reps. Great job on those trap bar deads a swell
You're an inspiration to us Larry! You look big and lean"Better to wear out than rust out!"

My weight has been bumping along now at 164-165 so maybe down 2lbs overall in the last two weeks. My 16yo daughter said that I've got a '4 and a bit pack' at the moment
I took a couple of progress pics first thing in the morning
1 week to my 52nd birthday and 3 weeks to get cut up for the beach holiday on Bali!"Better to wear out than rust out!"
