Took this today as I am down to doing progress pictures once a month now. It's been 15 months since my waist measured 52 inches around. This pic hit home on my progress for some reason. Maybe it's because there is an actual V starting to show and the pear shape is completely gone? I dunno but it feelsgoodman.jpg to see my backside looking like this in size 32 shorts!

Okay I have a few new pics. I have been doing a workout log so I stepped it up some... Working on the legs so be nice! I have been a runner since Nov so trying to build up my sticks! Others are back shots which is my favorite part of this old ass body!

I hadn't tried the DB's in a while. I've been doing a heavy 5x5 with the barbell. I was just curious were I stood with the DB's. Next time I'll get 10.

I'm still a flabby dude, but I was in the middle of leg day when I noticed the vascularity on my legs. It will just get better from here.

I've been pretty happy with my progress with the weights these past several weeks and feel like I'm finally dialing in on the compound lifts. Here's where I am this week:
Deadlifts, 265 lb 5x5
Squats, 215 lb 5x5 (not thrilled with that weight!)
BP, 195 lb 5x5
OHP, 95 lb 5x5 (just started these 3 weeks ago, still feeling my way around them)
Took a couple of progress pics this morning before heading off to the gym.
