Thanks .... I think
And 403 pushups ... tris must have been bursting!
Thanks Id --- much appreciated
Nice work ... great job on the 67kg snatch
You're looking good ... you've got an athletic physique and I'd say you're under 15% body fat ... you're looking vascular and there's plenty of definition
Thanks CM!
Grip 'improving' is right ... 455 DOH and no straps. That lift is awesome!"Better to wear out than rust out!"

Got a new PR today on flat bench. I switched over to DB's about a year ago and haven't used a BB for benching at all. My gym only goes to 130's on DB's and I feel like I've hit a wall with them so I decided to switch it up and alternate weeks between DB and BB. Anyways, after a year off from BB I was able to hit a PR. Hit 335x2! that was after 305x5, my previous PR was 305x4 a year ago. I want to hit 405 eventually, I'm still cutting, so that may take a while. Have about 25lbs to drop still though. We'll see what happens.

Couple recent progress pics. Spring cut continues. I actually moved my calories back to maintenance, but I think because my activity levels have gone up (yard work and golf) I'm still dropping some fat. My guess is 15% or so bf.

Great work Flex .... we'll expect the vid when you press that 3pps (and I expect that the form will be super tight like on all of your lifts )
Beautiful form and control!
Great job!
Looking really good there Dru .... mirin' the density in the spinal erectors and the lats, delts and tris are looking really thick
Bodyfat is under 15% IMO and maybe 13% or under?Last edited by fittofattofit; 04-29-2013 at 08:54 PM.

no one stands in a corner like you
I'm about 5 lbs heavier in 5 months of lifting, glad to be gaining just hoping some of it is muscle.

So close, yet so far. I've been trying everything I can think of to make some gains but being down 17 pounds is killing my strength. I will get that tree fiddy bench before this year is over though.
I think I'm pausing to long up top and bringing the damn bar down too slow and both are killing my chances. If I use the Titan Ram, I'm a lot faster and I've been able to single 375.
Anyway, body weight was 209.0# this morning, 45 years old, 3 kids, 10 grandchildren.
If anyone has any suggestions I could really use the help. Please keep in mind that I'm just some old fat diabetic dude working out in my garage.

405 from the end of todays workout, not my max, but the first time I've pulled it with no belt.
Did 4 singles, reset between each pull.
oh, and in before Flex complains about all the weights everywhere.Cleverly disguised as a responsible adult...

So many good things going on in here. I'm on spread with most of you, but I'll keep track for sure. I think it's been 4-5 weeks since I've been out of the gym. I'll have to look at my calendar to double check. I've got a few projects going on at home, so that's keeping me busy. New carpeting, painting, new furniture, basically redecorating...which I love to do.
I got no progress pics...just a couple normal, everyday Kim is not lifting pics.
Miss you all, keep up the great work!National Level Competitor (Female BB)

Speaking of bikes, I brought this home Tuesday.
Only to discover an oil leak.
