Thanks for the positive comments guys. I'm probably around 10-12%BF right now, and I say that only because my legs are so lean.
I wish I could have this level of vasularity on the upper half of my body....

Taken a couple of Nights ago. 18 days left in this challenge.
Sheriff John Brown always hated me
For what I don't know
Every time I plant a seed
He said kill them before they grow

Me this week after coming back from skiing at 167
I've gained mass on the legs, lost it from the upper body and let the fluff cover the abs.
A starting point to try and get some more mass on the upper body and get those abs showing in time for a beach holiday in July"Better to wear out than rust out!"

Been back to the gym now a couple months after a awful nov dec including some laziness and a 6 week chest infection. Finally the strength is getting back to where I like it. The goal is to drop bw still hoping to crack 4 plates again soon. I haven't since tearing my tri last year.

I have 15 days left in comp and wont be ready but I have improved that is all that matters. I missed about a month of it because it is still hard for me to lift and I keep needed a week or two off here and there. But most importantly my heart continues to get better and I have added 10% capacity while at rest since Nov 1.
I went from not being able to wipe down my counters to 45 minutes on stair stepper to being no big deal.

Prath - Phil's been a fav of mine. He seems like a nice guy to...
Fit - you'll be rockin' the beach.
Myth - you've come so far, you should be proud of all your efforts!

Phil was actually super cool. Hung out at the gym, talked to everyone, signed stuff, spoke for about 20 minutes on Muscletech supplements, what he takes, what he does not use, and the reasons why.
Then he just answered people's questions. He just talked about his mindset, some of the inner workings of contests like the Olympia.
I was blissfully happy at the end of that day!
Tomorrow, I will be in Houston for the Phil Heath Classic.
I will try to do my best IPhone reporting.

Quick Vid, only my second week getting back into squats. Been doing other leg exercises instead, but always liked squats and hate that I can't hold the bar on my back without extreme shoulder pain (no flexibility) Slowly working my way up, it's tough adding weight on front squat and keeping the bar from rolling.
Lift light until you can lift right

Havent added any entries in a while. Figured two birds with one stone as I just added rack pulls in to help with my weak hips. Open to suggestions. Did a few singles of 435 today as Im not feeling good at all today
