Not sure I get it?????.... I have not really said much about the Anabolic Diet except that I did it in my 20's several times. Although I do think it is a great way to drop fat, CKD diets were really tough on me and, for me, there are better ways forward.

I do think Dr Mario Depasquale was way ahead of his time in his thinking though....as Keto diets seem to be very popular now and especially CKD variants which is exactly what the Anabolic Diet was. Again....not my first recommendation though as a diet but effective for sure.

Friendly jab done out of love. You preach diet and tracking.

You mean I didn't actually gain 25lbs of muscle??? I'm in shock! I thought that extra cup size I gained in my bra was some good lean mass in my boobs. I'm so disappointed... (yes sarcasm) Truth be told I'll be over the moon if I gained even 4lbs of real lean mass under all this fluff. I'm optimistic but not stupid.

Hey Steph, yes, you may have been too aggressive, but you're still in a really good spot. Your quad sweep is very nice!

Against doctors orders I started lifting this week. Before this week 3 solid months of sitting on my ass. I had not even recovered from bypass in May so well I look like crap. But it is reality. I added about 10lbs in last week so I am feel pretty fat. Actually this is as fat as I have been in years. Yeah I know nice pants down lol.

Everyone is looking great, nice work as usual. I had a little accident last week, so no pics to share. I missed one of my basement stairs and the cement floor broke my fall. I'm covered in cuts and bruises from head to toe. I messed up my jaw, neck, back, hip and I can't lift my left arm. I missed my mom's Christmas dinner. Damn it's been a long week...

Goal was 185lbs @ 10% bf by Jan 1, 2013.

Bf estimates appreciated. Been on the cut for 7 solid months.

Started @ 242lbs and 34% bf

Well after a few light weeks to rehab an elbow injury I was able to get the 100's up on incline bench again. No spotter for my flat barbell bench so I couldn't push as much as I wanted to try so I just did the one video for incline 4th set with the 100's
chalk cloud was for FLEX



Had my son in the daycare as well today so e always comes down to watch my last set. This is his excersize

Got second set of company in town....so figured I could not go wrong with prime rib AGAIN!

Went to the restaurant supply.

Bought an entire Angus Prime rib roast. (21lbs) Cut one 10lb for tonight and save the other 3 for family dinners at some point. (vaccu sealed and froze them) The roast is sitting on a 24" long cutting board for scale and the furthest cut is right at 10lbs

Also picked up 40lbs of boneless skinless chicken breast. Man....I am stocked to the gills.

Diet = BLOWN....3rd time over the holidays....not to bad
