Tuesday's training I managed to hit 105 x 3 on my overhead press. I haven't hit that number in over a year and with the way my shoulder's been I was godamn stoked!
Anyhoo...these are from a couple days ago...
Keep at it everyone!
Looking great Kimm --- those delts are showing the benefit of those OHPs and your legs are strong and lean

Here is a pic from tonight.....I am getting fairly lean now. I am actually liking my bird calves a little more as I lean out.
Midsection is starting to come in FINALLY! Still sporting the tank though. Not quite ready to ditch it yet!..
You're showing great definition ID and strong cuts in the calves and forearms. You're still hanging on to your mass and that looks like a tight waist under the tank
Good cutting and looking good

You have certainly done it right. A lot of mass at that weight. Well done ID

Looking fantastic everyone!! Thanks for sharing and inspiring others!
Fuzzy IPhone bulk pic. I'm up to 148lbs!!! I just can't say no to the cookies. Of course, being the mutant that I am... I can gain 23lbs and still have some semblance of visible abs.
that's the best 148lbs i've ever seen on a lady

While I can't videotape myself at work (no cell phones allowed) I did set a personal best so far on Incline bench by doing 185 x 6 for a set.

You are looking more balanced at lower body weight man...which actually pisses me off because it means you're carrying your body fat evenly distributed across your chest, arms, shoulders...WTF is up with that?! lmao, life isn't fair at all.
Great work ID, I'm curious to see what the end product will look like man.

Dieting really screws with my head big time. Going through some dysmorphic times right now . Progress pics help....at least I know I am not withering away.
I am determined to see this through....because if I stop now, there is no way I will ever concur the abdominal fat. I hope to not have to go through such an extended cut again....and would always like to stay within shorter cuts of 4-5 weeks as I reach the right composition.

Balanced is good. Thanks. I would not envy my fat distribution though. It is ALL centered in my torso. My thigh skinfold is as thin right now as some guys on stage, (3.75mm), yet my abs are not in the way I would like. I even can see striations and cuts in my glutes....and yet I am still holding a 12mm abdominal skinfold! Soon enough though....this has been tough...but worth it.

The head games must be tough. I can only imagine. I have to hit Cabo, Mexico in late January. Some of my chub will have to go. I started 2 weeks ago with a low carb plan. We'll see. So far I am very irritable. it seems to be working though. I am no where near an expert when it comes to dropping lbs. I am a pro at packing them on.

Two weeks ago i decided to reduce the bodyfat and bring up other parts. I have strength trained and competed in powerlifting for years, and I will continue to use the same split but I am going to add in some isolation movements.
