Very nice everyone. Some very nice lifting going on in here. Nice to see people pushing themselves and improving. Good to have some girls in here too! They are certainly holding their own and showing they can get it done too.
Stephanie, I remember when you came on the forum. It looks like you have made tons of progress!
Myth....not sure what to say. Hope the direction forward becomes clear for you. In the big picture, I am sure you have realized what is really important. Best of luck....truly.
Keep on posting up stuff guys....good to see some new faces in here.

You look awesome girl! I'm sure I would have seen these pics in your blog but I find blogs a little confusing to navigate through (insert retarded comment here).
No
I am really sorry to hear that! You've done really well recovering and regaining mass since the original OHS and you have been an inspiration to many of us. Were you having pain or was it just picked up with a routine follow-up? I hope that it all sorts out for you and that you will get back to your lifting, even if it may be further down the track!
Thanks for kind words. I started getting headaches during cardio. Then headaches when I lied down in bed at night and felt like my throat was closing up on me. I have uncommon angina symptoms but I learned from first go round what they are. Went in to see doctor ASAP.

Great pulls man. Can see the back working hard. What do you do when you run out of pin positions?

I really can't think of what to say other than you've always been a winner, and I know you'll figure out something. I absolutely wish the best.

You've got great balance between your quads and hammies. Teardrop is looking huge and I'm mirin' the quad cuts and vascularity!
It looks to me like you've got a perfect cut going on!
I've finally achieved my 4 plate deadlift today. I know that it's not a biggie but it's something that I've been trying to get for 2 years. I've been lifting forever but I'll confess that I never deadlifted until after I tore my RCs and couldn't bench .......... I know, I know
Anyway, since my last op, I've had glute/pyriformis strains and a tibial fracture/torn meniscus and I just could never seem to get that 4 plates. I actually started to psyche myself out and lost confidence. Then I had this PL/crossfit trainer recommended to me and six sessions later I finally got it
It started off bad because I strained my SI joint this morning and my lower back was in spasm
I did everything wrong......took too long on the set up, kept my head and chest down and lifted the bar away from my knees......but it still went up!
We looked at the vid afterwards and he said I kept my lower back solid and the lift looked strong, even though I forgot to keep my chest up and the bar never touched my shins
It looked rough but it didn't feel unreasonably heavy
Next stop 190kg/418lbs
Pics look fantastic Stephanie, impressed with your work, your back, quads and arms look strong!
------
Amazing presses Llahhsoj, not many people can do their own weight and you are almost there. Crazy!
------
I was wondering how you bring that stack down.. swing Strong work Flex!
------
I'm really sorry to hear of your latest set back Myth. I hope you will continue to post here. Take care.
------
Yaka sorry to hear you won't be competing, I hope things work out for you.
------
BEATHA! You did a stellar job at the meet, I'm proud of you! Well done on finishing 1st place in Regional and being the overall womens top finisher for the day! I am still on spread with you

Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away.
Been awhile since I took any photo, still keeping some size and yet leaning out. Noticing more vascular for my usual fatness than normal. Real slow cut right now only about a pound a month.
My journal, not detailed, but heck I never keep track of much anyhow. http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=121196291&p=863931421#post863931421
Wow! Didn't you just get married? Yep, the groom lifts

I beg to differ. 4 plates DL is a BIGGIE. You gotta hit 4 first, before you can hit 5.
Just think of Japanese term 'Kaizan.' Improvement, one pound (or kilo) at a time.
Great job!

Great work. I'm telling you, man. You'd be a great Olyer. You already have a very good strength base.

Look at it this way. You did it wrong, and still got up a ton of weight! Change what you said and you'll be dribbling that weight like a basketball.
