Dat feel when you get the pump
Dat feel when you see progress 'n gains
Dat feel when you see hot bishes in yoga pants squatting and deadlifting
Dat feel when you get more looks by the opposite sex
Dat feel when other guys in the gym try to imitate what you are doing
Dat feel when you need new clothes due to gains
Dat feel when sweating like a mofo
Dat feel when endorphines kick in
Dat feel when your GF grabs your squattin' ass when pumping her hard

I can attest to this.
I've been doing a deload/week off because my fore-arm keeps acting up.
I have never felt MORE MISERABLE! I actually went to the gym at 1:00 AM because I just needed to do SOME lifting. To-morrow I go back to my normal routine, but...still.
I'm always figuring out was to go to the gym as often as possibly, because when I don't...it just feels terrible."Do you have an erection, man?"
"I just broke a personal record on deadlift."
"And now I have an erection."

Dat feel when you go up in weight on your routine. That is one of the best feelings for me because from a biological standpoint when one gets stronger, they will get bigger. Most everything else is a warrior mentality when I walk through the doors of the gym. I am nowhere near as big as a bunch of the guys at the gym. I have accepted that, so I put on the horse blinders and I do my thing. It doesn't happen overnight but over the course of many many overnights when my body is growing while I sleep.
If you look in the mirror a lot, you may not see the gains right away, but when you run into that friend that you haven't seen in awhile and they say "wow, you look way different" that shows that your program is working. I actually do look in the mirror a lot, but I also take lots and lots of progress photos and over time I can see the transformations. Patience is key! Frustration will cause injuries."I lift things up and put them down"

Dat feel when you walk out of the gym feeling sore and spent but knowing you have made a difference for yourself that day.
Worked the hell out of my arms today and a bit of cardio and my bud who finally is back at the gym after a little over a week off for god knows why kinda just puttered about a bit. Felt good knowing that even though he got me in there that I am working harder than him and forcing myself to change.Trying to get back to my old self PLUS improve it.
Getting back onto this train and not getting derailed again!

Dat fell when the one guy you've never liked or gotten along with struggles with your warm-up weight
I thank God for my success.
